This 3-day live virtual Zoom training is designed for new to intermediate Xactimate users who want to quickly build real, field-ready estimating skills. Led by a certified instructor, the course walks you through the most efficient methods to set up claims, sketch structures, scope damage, and produce professional estimates — all while preparing you for Xactimate Level 1 and Level 2 certification. You will be ready to take and pass Level 1 and 2 Xacimtate Certification Exams by the end of day 3.
Throughout the class, you’ll follow a proven step-by-step workflow used in the field to write small to medium loss estimates, including water, wind, hail, and fire claims. You’ll gain hands-on experience using Xactimate tools to create sketches, search and apply line items, understand pricing and labor models, and build complete, accurate estimates. Each lesson builds on the last through a structured approach of demonstration, participation, and real-time practice.
By the end of the training, you’ll have the confidence and foundational skills to begin writing estimates professionally, communicate clearly through reports and annotations, and position yourself for deployment opportunities. This course is built to move you beyond theory and into real-world application so you can step into the industry ready to perform.
